FOUR sales in as many weeks is proof of high demand for new homes in Lowton.

The early success of St Catherine’s Gardens, a new housing development from Elan Homes, points to a buoyant local market.

Show homes are now open to view by appointment only and the Elan Homes sales team has welcomed a steady stream of visitors eager to secure a new home at the earliest opportunity.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, said: “Based on our previous developments in nearby Croft and Culcheth we knew there was a demand for new homes in Lowton. We had a strong database of potential purchasers who had registered interest in St Catherine’s Gardens and many of those people made appointments to view the show homes at the earliest opportunity.
