STAMP duty savings could help keep the Wilmslow market moving as Elan Homes offers valuable assistance to buyers.
A YouGov poll found that almost a fifth (19%) of homeowners felt that Stamp Duty was too expensive and was a barrier to moving.
Elan is helping to cut the cost of moving by offering to pay the Stamp Duty on selected properties at The Larches. It effectively means a tax saving of almost £30,000.
