OPEN HOUSE EVENT AS NEW HOMES IN SHUTTINGTON NEAR A SELL-OUT

WITH just two homes available at a popular development in Shuttington buyers are invited to view both properties at a special open house event.

Elan Homes has created 24 homes in the North Warwickshire village.

Work to prepare the three-acre site off Main Road, began in late 2024 and show homes at the development, known as Millbridge, opened in April 2025.
