EVENTS TO HELP NORTH WEST HOMEOWNERS ACHIEVE NEW YEAR, HOME GOALS

HOMEOWNERS have the chance to kickstart their plans to move to an energy efficient new home in the North West in 2026 with help from Elan Homes.

• Oak Grange, Congleton, where three, four and five-bedroom homes are available from £334,995.
• Redwood Gardens, Marton Moss, between Blackpool and Lytham, includes three and four-bedroom detached homes priced from £259,995.
• Tower Gardens, Darwen, offers a choice of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with prices from £209,995.
