A DEPOSIT boost worth around £25,000 could help homebuyers in Congleton to skip a rung on the property ladder.

On a three-bedroom semi-detached Darrington style property, priced from £34,995, the offer of a 5% deposit boost amounts to £16,749.
For those looking for a larger home, the incentive is available on selected five-bedroom designs including the Leven and Kendal house types. On the Leven, priced from £524,995, the deposit boost is worth £26,249.
On a Kendal, priced at £484,995, Elan is offering a deposit contribution of £24,249.
The Kendal offers 1,493 sq ft of carefully considered living space, including a lounge at the front, complemented by an open plan kitchen and dining room with direct access to the rear garden. There’s also a handy utility and convenient cloakroom.
