THE FOCUS on Elan Homes’ new Lancashire development is growing with hundreds showing an interest in living there.

New homes also offer the added bonus that they need little or no maintenance or renovation work, Marie added, they are carefully crafted with modern layouts and high-specifications, and – an increasing advantage – they are energy-efficient, with average yearly bills around 59% cheaper than an older home, and more environmentally friendly.

Ideal for young families, first-time buyers, or right-sizers whose children have grown up and fled the nest, the Bay is offered as a detached or semi-detached home, with a detached single garage.

Downstairs there is a combined kitchen, dining and family area which covers half the ground floor and has French doors leading out into the rear garden, as well as a spacious lounge at the front. There’s also a handy cloakroom off the hallway.
