HOMEBUILDER ISSUES UPDATE ON NEW HOMES IN FYLDE WITH THE CHANCE TO SAVE THOUSANDS

A NEW wave of homes has been released for sale in Marton Moss with the choice of Stamp Duty paid or a deposit boost to support buyers.

Elan, recently named Housebuilder of the Year in the Insider Lancashire Property Awards, has increased the choice of homes available at its popular Redwood Gardens development and issued an important update on the new neighbourhood.

Elan’s offer of paying the Stamp Duty works out at £13,749 on a four-bedroom detached Azure, priced at £474,995.
