NEW HOMES IN ELFORD ARE SANTA READY

WITH the final new homes in Elford on sale, there’s no time like the present for those hoping to wrap up a move in time for Christmas.

Elan Homes has just seven properties to sell at its popular Seven Acres development in the Staffordshire village and they’ll all be ready to move into ahead of the festive season.

Elan regional sales director Tracey Ball said: “If a new home tops your Christmas wish list, the good news is that the elves have worked their magic and we have homes in Elford that will be Santa ready.”

The final homes available at Seven Acres include a two-bedroom Banbury style apartment, priced from £199,995; two-bedroom Beeston as either a terraced or semi-detached home, priced from £279,995; a three-bedroom Howden, available as a terraced or detached home, priced from £299,995.

A furnished example of the three-bedroom Howden is now open for viewing.

It offers 750 sq ft of carefully considered living space. The well-equipped kitchen, with integrated appliances, is at the front of the property. At the rear, with French doors opening out onto the garden, is the open plan living and dining room.

A convenient cloakroom completes the ground floor.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.

“Buy a new home now and you could soon be swapping packing boxes for gift boxes,” Tracey said.

“Moving to a new home ahead of the festive season offers the perfect excuse to switch up your Christmas decorations, while keeping some family favourites. You could also test out your new kitchen by baking mince pies and sharing them with your new neighbours to spread some seasonal joy.”

Elan’s homes achieve a minimum Energy Performance Certificate rating of B, making them cheaper to run than most older properties. This also means they’re eligible for green mortgages from selected lenders.

The new homes at Seven Acres enjoy an idyllic village setting, close to the River Tame.

It makes a great base for commuters as the homes are just four miles from the A38, and seven miles from the M6 toll road. Trent Valley Station is only four miles away providing links to Birmingham New Street and London Euston.
