ELAN Homes is set to build on the off plan success of its latest Staffordshire development with the opening of a show home in Elford.

All five properties in the initial release were quickly snapped up by buyers keen to call Seven Acres “home”.  Several other people have made “early bird” reservations to give them first refusal on their preferred property when it’s released for sale.
