A NEW phase of homes is now on sale in Darwen offering a wider range of homes to cater for local needs.

When Elan was named the preferred developer in 2021, we originally planned to build three and four-bedroom homes in Darwen. Due to economic challenges and in response to demand we subsequently replanned phase two of the development to provide a wider mix of properties including two and three-bedroom designs.
“Work on the original phase is almost complete and many of the homes are occupied. We have a small number of four-bedroom homes available and ready to move into. We’ve also started building on the second phase and so have released some of those homes for sale.”
Current prices at Tower Gardens start from £209,995 for a two-bedroom Sutton Special style property offering 761 sq ft of carefully planned accommodation.
