WITH a baby grand piano in the lounge, the décor of the new show home speaks volumes of the grandeur of the properties at The Larches in Wilmslow.
The new Hazelmere style show home has recently opened at the Elan Homes development, providing the perfect showcase for the superb specification spacious properties now available in one of the North West’s most desirable neighbourhoods.
Elan enlisted the help of Whitchurch-based Stanza Style to create the impression of an aspirational family home visitors will long to call their own.

“We’ve imagined that bedroom three belongs to a young teenager called Evie and have styled her room with a mix of black and rustic wood, with a fur throw to add texture and colour.
“The fourth bedroom is that of an aspiring architect, who’s perhaps a university student. We’ve furnished this room with metal bedside tables that complement a mural of a French train station behind the bed and included a set of plans, a drawing board and acrylic statue.”
The fifth bedroom is styled as a nursery using subtle pale grey and blue with elephants and kites on the wallpaper and complete with crib and changing table.
A flock of birds adorns the wallpaper in the downstairs cloakroom, while geometric patterns on the slate grey bathroom towels add to the overall feel of this being a sumptuous modern home of someone who lives an affluent lifestyle.
There are three styles of homes available at The Larches, with prices from £799,995. A Hazelmere style property, similar to the show home is available from £849,995.
