THE ease of living in a new apartment near Manchester could start before moving day, thanks to Elan Homes.

Current availability includes one-bedroom apartments priced from £269,995 and two-bedroom apartments from £289,995. Each one has its own parking space. The apartments are available on a 999-year lease with ground rent of £1 payable.
