SHOW HOMES IN CONGLETON GIVEN A MAKEOVER

SHOW homes at a popular housing development in Congleton have been given a makeover to offer buyers fresh inspiration.


Elan Homes temporarily closed the showcase properties at its Oak Grange development on Back Road while works were carried out.

The homebuilder is preparing to open the doors to the new look show homes on Saturday, May 2.

Elan regional sales director Marie Morris said: “There’s a strong demand for new homes in the Congleton area and this is born out in the popularity of Oak Grange. Last month we took five reservations despite the show homes being closed while we stripped them back ready for a refresh. Some of those purchasers had previously viewed the show homes, but others reserved completely off plan without seeing a finished example of our new homes.

“We’re looking forward to giving buyers a fresh insight into our new homes in Congleton. The show homes have been given a stylish makeover by professional interior designers including new colour schemes and furniture. We’re sure visitors will love the new looks.”

The show homes are examples of the four-bedroom Garsdale and five-bedroom Nairn.
