• Hazelfields, Poynton, offering a diverse range of properties from one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, priced from £249,995, to family homes in a choice of three, four and five-bedroom designs, priced from £499,995.
• Hollins View, Hollins Green, where a show home is now open and there’s a choice of two, three and four-bedroom homes available, priced from £319,995 to £619,995.
• Oak Grange, Congleton, where three, four and five-bedroom homes are available from £319,995. The development also features apartments available at a discount to market value, subject to qualifying criteria.
• Redwood Gardens, Marton Moss, between Blackpool and Lytham, includes three and four-bedroom detached homes priced from £249,995 to £414,995.
• St Marks Pavilion, Woodley, where five-bedroom executive family homes are available with prices from £599,995 to £699,995.
• Tower Gardens, Darwen, offering a choice of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with prices from £199,995 to £319,995

Part exchange is available on selected properties, subject to terms and conditions and is well suited to those moving up the housing ladder.
